At Redbridge Muslim Community Centre (RMCC), we provide a range of religious, educational, and community-focused services designed to support individuals and families at every stage of life. Our services aim to nurture faith, encourage learning, strengthen family bonds, and promote unity, while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for the wider community.
Maktab
RMCC launched a weekly Maktab programme in September 2025 for boys and girls aged five and above. This structured Islamic learning initiative is designed to nurture children’s understanding of Islam through regular weekly classes held at RMCC, providing a supportive environment for spiritual growth, education, and character development.
Nikah (Marriage)
RMCC provides a nikah service in a welcoming and dignified setting, with well-appointed facilities that comfortably accommodate both men and women, allowing families and guests to attend together and share in this auspicious occasion.
Jummah Prayers (Friday Prayers)
RMCC provides two Jummah services each week in order to accommodate the needs of its growing congregation, reduce overcrowding, and ensure greater ease, comfort, and accessibility for all worshippers wishing to attend the Friday prayers.
Eid Salat (Prayers)
RMCC provides Eid ṣalāh services each year, bringing the community together in a well-organised and spiritually uplifting setting where worshippers of all ages gather to observe the Eid prayers, listen to the khutbah, and celebrate these blessed occasions in an atmosphere of unity and gratitude.
Tours/ Visits
People from different faiths are welcome to visit RMCC facilities, where they are encouraged to learn about Islam, engage in respectful dialogue, and gain a better understanding of the faith in an open and welcoming environment.
New Muslim Support
RMCC offers guidance and support to those interested in learning about Islam, as well as to new Muslim converts, providing educational resources, mentorship, and a welcoming environment to help them grow in their understanding and practice of the faith.
Youth Programmes
RMCC organises a variety of youth programmes, including community gatherings, guidance on social issues, career support, and the sponsorship and promotion of sports events, all aimed at fostering personal growth, engagement, and a sense of belonging among young people.
